This directory is available to the public.  Diplomates who are in good standing are including the search results.  Diplomates may opt out or specify how much information is shared within this directory and on their profile. 

If you know the name of the individual you are searching for, please enter their last name in the Name field. 

To search within a certain state, please enter the full name of the state within the "Location" field.  (i.e. Illinois) Do not enter abbreviations.
