2020 ABOP Written and Oral Examination Registration
The Board welcomes applications from candidates with approved Orofacial Pain Continuing Education Credits
The American Board of Orofacial Pain is recognized by the American Board of Dental Specialties as the certifying Board for the specialty of Orofacial Pain
The ABOP Written and Oral Examinations are held in conjunction with the American Academy of Orofacial Pain's Annual Conference. To earn Diplomate status an individual must first pass the Written Examination and then the Oral Examination. The Oral Examination must be taken within 5 years of passing the Written Examination.
Because of the world wide public health crisis, and with everyone’s health and welfare in mind, we must cancel the exams scheduled for May 6, 2020. We are working diligently on a possible alternate date, and will keep you posted immediately by email when decisions are made. At that time, we will also post news on our homepage (www.abop.net).
